Bad smell in the room.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The vintage furniture and beautiful artwork added a touch of elegance to the place. The general areas were well maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with ramps and elevators making it easy for me to move around without any difficulty.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. It would have been nice to have some guidance or support from the children working there, especially when navigating the city or planning activities suitable for seniors.

I recently stayed at a great aparthotel in Santa Marta. The room at Soy Local was spacious and had effective air conditioning, which was a relief on a hot day. The wifi was strong, unlike some other places we stayed, so we could even download movies on Netflix. The location was perfect - within walking distance to the center but far enough away to avoid the noise. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked inviting. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying an amazing area, just next door to the centre of Santa Marta, Santa Marta, and Colombia. The venue's staff was especially helpful and lovely. I liked the room with comfortable beds. There were an oven, a stovetop, and kitchenware too. Good and marvellous location to attractions like Simon Bolivar Park, that was next to the hotel.

Stayed at Aparthotel in Santa Marta and had a wonderful experience. The room was modern and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind. The pool looked inviting, even though we didn't have a chance to use it. a great ambiance, clean rooms, and a convenient location.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we got great value for our money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close enough to the restaurants and attractions but still peaceful. The staff treated us with kindness and were always ready to help.

The food for breakfast could use some improvement, especially the margarita cocktail. The addition of sugar didn't enhance the taste and didn't go well with the drink.

Helpful staff! My room was pretty big and had hypoallergenic pillows which was great. The bathroom was spacious, and it had a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries for my convenience. 🌟
